{"id":3789,"date":"2024-03-18T20:13:58","date_gmt":"2024-03-18T20:13:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.u3aarmagh.org\/?p=3789"},"modified":"2024-04-12T22:01:32","modified_gmt":"2024-04-12T21:01:32","slug":"march-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.u3aarmagh.org\/?p=3789","title":{"rendered":"March Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> Our March meeting will be held in the Cardinal O&#8217;fiaich Library, Moy Road, Armagh on\u00a0<strong>Friday 22nd March\u00a0at\u00a010.30am.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our speaker this month is&nbsp;<strong>John Woods&nbsp;<\/strong>founder of<strong>&nbsp;Linwoods Health Foods.&nbsp;<\/strong>The talk will be about living a healthy lifestyle including food, mental attitude, exercise, purpose in life and living a long, healthy and happy life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our AGM will be on Friday 19<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0April (before our speaker that day) so please think again about putting yourself forward for the committee (ideally before our next committee meeting on 8<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0April).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, just a reminder that\u00a0<strong>EVERYONE<\/strong>\u00a0attending the monthly meeting should contribute a \u00a31 to the \u201cpot\u201d whether you have coffee &amp; biscuits or not as it makes sense to \u201cbalancing the books\u201d at these monthly gatherings.
