Pilates has started again with Ildi.
Our venue has changed to the Business Centre on the Loughgall Road, Armagh.
The two classes run at 10:00am and 11:00am on Wednesdays.
There are still a few spaces in each class.

Pilates has started again and we have 2 classes running at 10.30 am and 11.30 am in the Armagh City Hotel gym.
If your new year resolution is to get fitter then the good news is that there are a small number of places available in the later group.
It will cost between £20/25/month depending on the numbers. Classes are run by the in-house instructor Lldy who has a great reputation. If you are keen then let me know ASAP.
